These hang tags would be a sweet touch to any birthday favor treat bag, too! Don’t you think?

cherry jar #4

If you are bringing dessert to a summer barbecue, why not try Cherry Cheesecake in a jar! It is an easy recipe to make because it is no-bake and the jars are easy to transport with the lids on. Who doesn’t love eating desserts in jars:) People are always so impressed when I bring these desserts.

cherry jars #7

Here is a perfect summer dessert recipe! Try different toppings…blueberry, apple…yummy!

Cherry Cheesecake In A Jar:

*6, (8 oz) mason jars (you can use smaller jars if feeding a larger crowd)

*8 oz cream cheese, softened

*8 oz heavy whipping cream

*1/2 tsp vanilla

*3/4 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

*1/2 cup sugar

*2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed graham crackers

*3 tbsp melted butter

*1 cup of cherry topping (canned or homemade)

Beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and sugar until creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a mixer until it forms peaks. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add melted butter to the graham cracker crumbs. Place approx. 2-3 tbsp of the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of each jar. Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the jars with the cream cheese mixture (leaving enough room for the cherry topping and lid). Gently tap the jars to ensure the mixture is level. Add a layer of cherry filling on top. Wipe off any messy streaks with a damp paper towel. Close jars with the lids and add ribbon, baker’s twine, or jute twine, and the printable tags! Presto…dessert in a jar! Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Enjoy and have a SWEET day!

Valentine’s Day “Fun” Candy Printable {Freebie}

Valentine’s Day school celebrations are this week…are you ready? Need a last minute Valentine printable for your kiddos? I designed a new, FREE printable for Christian’s classmates and you can download it, too! I purchased a box of Fun Dip Candy at Party City (you can find this candy at most grocery and candy stores). The box had 2 flavors and 2 different color schemes, so I designed the tags using those colors. Simply print the tags on 8.5 x 11 white, matte photo paper (I prefer Staples brand) or heavy weight (100lb) bright, white card stock. Cut each tag out with a 2″ punch, use a cute paper bag or Valentine cello bag, bakers twine and you are set! Happy Valentine’s Day!

Reindeer Noses Printable Tags (Freebie)

This is the last week of school before the Christmas break and we are definitely looking forward to the holidays! My son asked for a fun treat to give his classmates to share in the spirit of Christmas. We looked for ideas on Pinterest and after a few ideas that I wasn’t fond of, we liked and agreed on the idea of “Reindeer Noses”. I designed a new, printable hang tag, with the cutest reindeer,  and personalized the tags with Christian’s name. We used a small cello treat bag and added eight Maltesers for each of Santa’s reindeer and one red candy, Cherry Sours, for Rudolph’s bright, red nose!  We are both so happy with the final result and Christian is looking forward to handing these treat bags out!

I also designed  FREE printable tags for you to add your child’s name! (If you would like to have the tags personalized, please contact me and I can add a name for a small fee). I hope you and your children enjoy this printable! Merry Christmas + Happy Holidays! {PRINTABLE file is available at the bottom of this post}.
