Teacher Appreciation Tags {FREE PRINTABLE

Today I am sharing another printable for teacher appreciation ideas! Our school year is ending in a few weeks and I designed a sweet, new free printable that is perfect for the fabulous goodies I purchased at my local Bath and Bodyworks store. I LOVE lemon scented items and the absolutely, lovely, limoncello scented hand soap and lotion make the perfect gift! The candle is so fragrant, too!

I placed the items in a little basket with a coordinating dish towel that I purchased at Homesense

Print, cut and add the tag with a coordinating ribbon and you are set!

I have also designed a simple, “Thank You” tag that you can use all summer long for any gift, i.e. hostess gift, sharing your favorite lemon recipes and so much more!

I hope you enjoy these new printables!

As another school year quickly comes to an end, I am sharing this new printable! We all know that our children can easily turn to their electronics over the summer months, but I want to ensure our son continues to enjoy reading throughout the wonderful, two month break from school. So…I designed colourful FREE printable bookmarks, “Reading is really COOL” that are perfect for friends, classmates, students, teachers, and parents alike.

These bookmarks are ready to be downloaded here: Reading is Really Cool Bookmarks-2

Sunflower Birthday Party

On a recent trip to the grocery store, I saw the first sunflowers of the season. Sunflowers are one of the simplest flowers, yet they really do brighten your day! They also are nostalgic, often reminding us of the gardens of our grandmothers!

Today I am sharing a Sunflower themed birthday table with coordinating printables that I styled. It is the perfect theme for any birthday party that you plan on celebrating in August or September. Start planning now!

cherry jar #4

If you are bringing dessert to a summer barbecue, why not try Cherry Cheesecake in a jar! It is an easy recipe to make because it is no-bake and the jars are easy to transport with the lids on. Who doesn’t love eating desserts in jars:) People are always so impressed when I bring these desserts.

Here is a perfect summer dessert recipe! Try different toppings…blueberry, apple…yummy!

Cherry Cheesecake In A Jar:

*6, (8 oz) mason jars (you can use smaller jars if feeding a larger crowd)

*8 oz cream cheese, softened

*8 oz heavy whipping cream

*1/2 tsp vanilla

*3/4 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

*1/2 cup sugar

*2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed graham crackers

*3 tbsp melted butter

*1 cup of cherry topping (canned or homemade)

Beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and sugar until creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a mixer until it forms peaks. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add melted butter to the graham cracker crumbs. Place approx. 2-3 tbsp of the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of each jar. Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the jars with the cream cheese mixture (leaving enough room for the cherry topping and lid). Gently tap the jars to ensure the mixture is level. Add a layer of cherry filling on top. Wipe off any messy streaks with a damp paper towel. Close jars with the lids and add ribbon, baker’s twine, or jute twine, and the printable tags! Presto…dessert in a jar! Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Enjoy and have a SWEET day!
